Text Message Terms

The program. H2Glow (“we,” “us”) operates a text-message program that sends service and marketing messages to people who opt in. Messages may include order and shipping updates, account and subscription alerts, creator program updates, offers, and product news.

How to opt in. You opt in by ticking the consent box on a H2Glow form, entering your mobile number where we ask for it and confirming, or by texting us a keyword we publish. Consent is never required to buy anything from us or to join any H2Glow program.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email creators@h2glow.com.

Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Your privacy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We disclose your number only to the service providers that deliver messages for us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.

Changes. We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page, and material changes will be reflected in the effective date below.
