When will my order be delivered?
Orders will arrive within 2-5 business days after your order is placed via regular ground fedex/usps, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (if you provided an email address with your order). If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at orders@h2glow.com.
What if my package didn't arrive?
please email us at orders@h2glow.com. We'll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
Please email us at orders@h2glow.com with a photo of the damage, and we will ship you replacement product free of charge.
What if I tried my product and didn't love it?
Because our stickpacks are consumable, our strict hygiene standards mean we cannot accept returns or offer full refunds on boxes that have been opened—even if only one stickpack was used.
However, we still want you to find your perfect match! If you aren't completely satisfied with your product, please email us at orders@h2glow.com within 14 days of receiving your package. While we cannot issue a refund for opened boxes, we will gladly offer you a 30% discount on a new flavor to try instead.
Can I return an unopened order
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on unopened orders. We will gladly offer you a 30% discount on a new flavor to try instead, or store credit.
My order arrived damaged or faulty.
We’re really sorry about that! If anything isn't right with your delivery, email us at orders@h2glow.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll get it sorted out for you fast.
Can I get store credit instead?
Absolutely. If you are returning an eligible, unopened box and would prefer store credit over a refund to your original payment method, just let us know when you reach out.
Some tips: We highly encourage ordering a variety pack first to find your fave flavor. Reach out to our team at orders@h2glow.com, and we'll be there for you! Our warehouse team processes and packages orders Monday-Friday. We ship via FedEx/Usps, and your product will ship free for bundle orders of 2 or more.
